Every call gets picked up, every real opening gets checked before it's offered, and every booking is confirmed before anyone hears "you're all set."
A full walkthrough of the product — booking, checking real availability, cancelling, and handing off to a human, all in one call.
FULL WALKTHROUGH — VIDEO ADDED HERE
Not a script that reads back a menu. An agent that checks your real calendar and only says what it can back up.
No hold music, no voicemail, no "we'll call you back." Every caller gets a real, immediate conversation.
Looks at your actual calendar before offering a time — never guesses, never double-books.
A caller can move or cancel a visit entirely over the phone — no human needed unless something goes wrong.
If a booking doesn't go through, it says so — and it offers to transfer to a real human if needed. It will never tell a patient something is confirmed unless it actually is.
When a call needs a person, it asks first — no surprise transfers, no dropped context.
No names or emails collected. A caller's number is all that's needed to book, find, or change a visit.
Three steps, and your front desk stops missing calls.
Hours, services, pricing, and how you want calls handled — built into the agent before it ever answers a call.
Bookings land in the calendar your team already checks — nothing new to log into.
Your existing published number stays exactly as it is — it just quietly forwards to the new line. Nothing to reprint, nothing patients notice.
One setup fee, one monthly rate. No surprise line items.
One-time. Covers configuration, calendar integration, and testing before go-live.
Hosting, call handling, ongoing tuning, and support.
What we collect, what we don't, and what you're agreeing to — in full, right here.
This Privacy Policy explains how Repllix ("Repllix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website (repllix.net) or use our AI receptionist service ("the Service").
This policy applies to two different groups: Clients — businesses such as dental clinics that use the Service — and Callers — the customers or patients who call a business using the Service.
From Clients: business name, address, and contact information; billing information; details about services, hours, and pricing used to configure the AI receptionist; credentials for any connected third-party services.
From Callers: phone number; the date, time, and reason for a requested appointment; the audio and/or transcript of the call. We do not ask callers for a name, email, or anything beyond what's needed to book, cancel, or reschedule.
To provide and operate the Service, process bookings on behalf of clients, communicate with clients about their account, improve the accuracy of the AI receptionist, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell caller or client information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We retain caller information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Clients may request deletion of their account data at any time.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If you're a caller and want to know what information a business has collected about you, contact the business directly, as they own that information. You can also contact us and we'll help direct your request.
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Repllix AI receptionist service ("the Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
Repllix provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers calls on behalf of a business and can answer questions, book appointments, and cancel or reschedule them, based on information the Client provides during setup. The Service relies on third-party infrastructure; Repllix is not responsible for outages caused by these providers but will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Repllix is AI, and it can make mistakes. We build safeguards to reduce errors — like confirming real availability before booking, and handing off to a human when it can't complete a request — but the Client is responsible for reviewing bookings and having a process to catch and correct any errors.
New clients are offered a 7-day free trial of the Service before any payment is required. During the trial, the Client owes nothing and has no obligation to continue. If the Client doesn't wish to continue, they simply stop using the Service — no cancellation fee, no further contact, no charge unless the Client explicitly agrees to continue and provides payment information.
Fees are agreed upon separately with each Client at signup and are due as outlined in the Client's individual agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of the Service.
Business information the Client provides remains the Client's property. Appointment data collected through calls belongs to the Client and is made available through their connected calendar. Repllix may retain call recordings and transcripts as needed to operate and improve the Service, per the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms the Client may need their own account with. Repllix is not responsible for these third parties' acts or policies but will assist with integration issues.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time, subject to any notice period in the Client's individual agreement. The Client is responsible for restoring their number's original routing after termination, and should confirm this has been done. Repllix is not responsible for calls that continue to route to an inactive or deactivated account due to forwarding not being turned off on the Client's end.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repllix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Repllix's total liability for any claim will not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages from Repllix's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms or the Service over time, with reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, and the Repllix service as a whole, operate under an Abu Dhabi economic license issued through TAMM.

Just three things: their phone number, the date/time/reason for the appointment, and a recording or transcript of the call. No name, no email, no insurance details.
Appointment data sits in the calendar system connected to your account — the same one your staff already checks. Repllix doesn't keep a hidden separate copy.
Only you and Repllix. Never shared with other clients, never sold, never used for advertising.
You can request deletion of your account data at any time. Your calendar data stays yours regardless, since it lives in your own connected calendar account.
Tell me about your clinic and I'll set up a live demo line you can call yourself — 7 days free trial, no card required.
